Terms

Plain English, formal version to follow with incorporation. These hold either way.

Who can join: adults 21 and over. Identity verification is required before joining a Party. One account per human; no anonymous accounts.

What you're buying: a seat at a real-world session. Refund and credit rules are stated in full on the pricing page — those stated rules are the binding ones.

Conduct: be the person people are glad showed up. Harassment, pursuing someone after a clear no, recording people without consent, or making the table feel unsafe gets you removed — "they didn't break a rule, but" is reason enough for us to act. Removal for conduct comes with a full refund of your remaining season, because we don't keep money from people we remove.

Venues: sessions happen at public partner venues, whose house rules apply on their floor. Outdoor and climbing sessions involve inherent risk; you participate at your own judgment, and activity waivers apply where the venue or activity requires them.

Your content: your profile stays yours. By adding a photo you let us show it to your Party — that's the entire license you grant us.

Our promises have limits: we build tables, formats, and safety rails. We don't promise romance, friendship, or chemistry — nobody honestly can, and our research page explains why we refuse to pretend otherwise.
